This weekend was my nephew's second birthday! I love this kid SO much and I can not believe how much he has grown up. I feel like it was just yesterday I was taking his newborn portraits. Kids grow WAY too fast, I wish I could ask Mr. Clock to slow down a little bit. Anyways, my mom and I wanted to surprise my sister with some very needed up-to-date photos of Michael, so we kidnapped him early Saturday morning and did a mini photo shoot. He was so photogenic and did a fantastic job! (Especially for a two year old!). I had so much fun with him, and I am in love with how these came out. It was nice to do a freelance session, after most of my recent sessions have been in the hospital; which, don't get me wrong, I love doing labor photography, but this was a nice and fun break. Enjoy! Xoxo

Normally, I would never have attempted a "running" shot because my old equipment was never fast enough. I am so grateful I have my new camera because this shot is so adorable! He was determined to run me over! |

Normally, I am a very "neutral" person... but I am in LOVE with these bright colors! So fun for this age! |

Introducing: The "Money Shot"... This was my moms biggest request and he pointed up at the perfect time. In editing I added "All Things Michael" and that was my sister gift to her. I am so in love with this, I may decorate one of my daughter's pictures from her first birthday session too! |

I love how excited he got when he saw his reflection! He knows exactly how adorable he is :) |
