Congratulations Andy & Breanne

This last weekend was so crazy and I am just happy that I made it out alive! From a family friend's wedding, TWO labor sessions and a church festival, I feel like I was running on E the entire time. Luckily I got to relax a little and help my friend Breanne get ready for her wedding! This girl has been best friends with my two older sisters for a while and we all just love her so much! She has waited her entire life for her wedding and she looked STUNNING on the big day! I decided to capture just a few fun pictures while the bridesmaids were helping her in her dress. I am beyond happy for her and her new chapter in life! Congrats Breanne and Andy!

Meet Sweet Baby Lyla

A few days ago I got to capture this sweet princess entering the world. It was such an amazing moment to watch her take her first breathes, and also watch everyone else's reaction. These parents are so proud of their newest addition and they have every reason to be. She was so perfectly sweet and hardly fussed at all! One of my favorite moments was watching her older sister hug and kiss her for the first time. The older sister is roughly the same age as my own daughter and needless to say, I went home with some added baby fever. I just love kids and the sweet spirits that they have. Hello Baby Ruby

This birth story was probably one of my favorites. The mom reached out to me asking if I was willing to do these photos, knowing that her baby has a cleft lip and possible cleft palette. I was more than happy to, and when the big day came, there was such a special feeling in the room. The parents weren't sure what to expect but they were so open minded and so positive about everything. When Ruby made her appearance, the parents welcomed her with open arms. It was such a beautiful thing to watch. The mom's dad was there every step of the way as well and it was the sweetest thing to see these three people adoring and loving on such a PERFECT baby. It brought tears to my eyes to witness such a miracle happen. Not only that but, Ruby was a perfectly happy and healthy baby. The biggest blessing any parent could ask for. This session really touched me heart in many ways. Enjoy! Xoxo

So, I'm in love with this. Normal sessions, most Doctors pulls the baby our and plop them on mom. This doctor pulled the baby out and said "Here is your baby girl! Say hello!" it was seriously the cutest thing!!
